Nocturna returns on Nov 21 for second night of kink + cabaret
New ‘kink and cabaret’ night Nocturna returns to Camden on November 21 for a second evening combining burlesque performances and a social/play after-party, now with an earlier finish time. Producer Lady Margot has secured a line-up combining favourites from the debut night and new acts including Rebecca Rennison (banner, top) and Ada Campe (above). New London ‘kink and cabaret’ night Nocturna returns to Camden for a second outing on Friday November 21.
Following its debut on September 26 — reviewed for us by Krystina Kitsis (link at bottom of this story) — hostess and producer Lady Margot has taken onboard feedback from the first night and has restructured the November programme to finish earlier.
The evening now runs from 7.30pm to 12.30am, with the show starting at 9pm and the play party element taking over at 10pm and running until 12.30am. Overall host of the evening will be Marcus Gibson.
November Nocturna returns with a mix of favourites from the debut and new acts.
A trio of new performers scheduled to appear include aerialist Rebecca Rennison (see banner image) who’ll be doing a ‘bride acro chair’ act. Cabaret artiste/comedian/magician Ada Campe (above) will be doubling as performer and show presenter, and there’ll be interactive performance from Chinelo.
Performers returning from the first night are Aaron Marshall, Ben Harrold and Elena
Gibson, while Rubber Ron will be back on the decks and another veteran scenester, Paul Jeremy, will be providing dungeon furniture. The evening’s in-house dominatrix will once again be Nuit D’Or.
Around the venue, there will be exhibits and vending by EctoMorph, Circa Press and — displaying his fetish photography on the walls — Stewart Atkins.
Nocturna returns to 72-73 Chalk Farm Road, London NW1 8AN on November 21 with a choice of four ticket types, as follows:
Standing, per person: £20 + £.0.50 fee
Sofa seating for two people with small table: £100 + £2.50 fee
VIP front row table for two people: £150 + £3.75 fee (includes bottle of prosecco)
VIP second row table (for up to five people): £250 + £6.25 fee (includes bottle of prosecco).
