Fans of legendary Los Angeles fetish photographer Steve Diet Goedde will be aware that he is adept at revisiting his archives, not only repackaging previously published and often famous images, but also regularly reviewing his classic shoots for outtakes that can be added afresh to his published canon.

Having successfully diversified with his line of subscription-based, monthly collectible mini prints some time ago, Steve has now come up with yet another way to make familiar and previously unseen images from his model archives available to his admirers in an attractively packaged form at modest cost, on a potentially regular basis.

His new publication, ‘A’, is what could theoretically be the first of as many as 26 mini photo booklets, each collecting together, in a single volume, representative photographs of all the women he’s shot whose first names begin with the same letter of the alphabet.

It’s also possible that over the years, he just happens to have photographed a lot of women whose first names begin with ‘A’, and that it might not be as easy to create similar collections for all the other 25 letters. But hey, let’s cross that bridge when we come to it!

For now let’s just focus on the concept’s 56-page debut — available at $35 (equivalent to approx £26.50 at time of writing) plus shipping from Steve’s Big Cartel site — in which 20 models with ‘A’ names are featured.
