Plunge 2017, the second edition of the new fetish getaway hosted at the all-inclusive Hedonism II resort in Negril, Jamaica, has moved to earlier dates for its next gathering.
And Plunge organiser Kip promises it will have more entertainment, more play equipment, more workshops and more room choices.
Nightly themes are a feature of the event, providing guests with ideas for dressing up that are by no means compulsory but are suggestions to stimulate the imagination.
First three themes announced for Plunge 2017 are Saturday March 4’s Teaserama burlesque-themed night, Sunday 5’s Trauma medical fetish night, and Shaken Not Stirred, a night for ‘heroines, spies and villains’ on Monday 6.
Next year’s Plunge week will add to 2016’s facilities with four more play stations — a suspension frame, medical fetish playspace, second St Andrews cross and second spanking bench.
2017 also sees the addition to the afternoons of Deviance Demos. These hands-on, how-to clinics will include Playing With Fire, a class dedicated to fire performance rather than BDSM fireplay (but followed by play that night).
Other daytime activities lined-up are fetish dresscode mini golf tournament Kinks on the Links; Prance, an afternoon of pony play; Suck and Blow, a party involving vacbeds and blow-ups; and two ‘watersports’ excursions for those who fancy snorkelling in rubber.
New evening entertainments added this year include four participatory games: Champagne or Real Pain; Wheel of Misfortune; So You Think You Know Fetish; and Plingo (don’t ask).
Meanwhile, on the accommodation front, the new, lower-priced, limited-availability Hilltop View category added to Plunge 2017’s room options, has already sold out.
At the time of writing, however, rooms are still available in the Garden View, Sea View and Sea View with Jacuzzi categories.
The Rates & Reservations page of the Plunge 2017 website explains in plain English what is offered by all the different room options, and prices for all options are clearly shown in the pricing table.
All price are quoted in US dollars, with rooms still available at publication time starting at $2,090 per person for double occupancy.
All rooms now have mini-fridges and large flat-screen TVs, and the prices quoted cover seven nights accommodation, all meals and drinks, ground transport to and from the airport plus private airport departure lounge.
The Plunge Pass that comes with your room booking gives access to all Plunge’s exclusive parties and its private play space, a rewards programme designed for fetishists and the Plunge Boutique onsite shop stocking fetishwear and BDSM gear.
Finally, the price includes access to a variety of more conventional outdoor resort activities.
The only thing not included in each quoted room price is the cost of flights to the resort from your country of departure.
