A collaboration between the hosts of two established Caribbean holidays — Kip (of Plunge) and Domina Bellicose and Mistress Absolute (of Domme Trips) — the first outing of the new ‘kink-cation’ takes place on October 13-20 this year.
Features of Diversion include a full resort takeover and an all-inclusive price (excluding flights and transfers) for the seven-day package, with bonus incentives for those booking by January 31.
Package prices start at $1,400 (£1,050/€1,170) per person based on double occupancy.
The resort’s Junior Suite Ocean View and Suite Room allocations are already sold out (although some new suites may become available by October).
Currently this leaves Jungle View rooms ($2,800 per couple), Ocean View rooms ($3,000 per couple) and Ocean View Deluxe rooms ($3,200 per couple) still available to book. These early bird prices are good until January 31.
Comprehensive room information including rates for single and triple occupancies can be found on the Diversion pages of the Domme Trips website (link below).
Deposits (non-refundable) of $650 per room paid by January 31 will lock in the early bird rates, while payment of the full amount by that date will add a free extension to your stay.
Full payment by January 31 will add two free nights for previous clients of Plunge or Domme Trips (one night for single occupancy bookings). For new guests, a single night will be added.
Once the deposit is paid, the balance can be paid in instalments, in which case the full amount must be settled by August 1 to keep the reservation.
All meals — breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night snacks — and drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink are included, along with tips for the staff.
The resort features a restaurant with a terrace facing the sea and gourmet menu; a poolside bar and indoor bar; floating bar with music; exclusive wooden deck with hammocks and Jacuzzi facing the beach; and a luxurious Infinity pool overlooking the ocean.
Guests who still have any energy left after the diversions scheduled for Diversion can take advantage of the resort’s in-house yoga classes as well as diving, snorkelling, paddle surfing, kayaking and bicycle rentals onsite.
For those needing a little extra pampering, spa services are available to book at the resort, so there should really be no reason to leave the perverts’ playground at all for the whole week!
The Diversion web pages include useful advice for getting to Cozumel. The island has its own international airport (code CZM) but depending on where you’re travelling from, it can also be worth considering flying to Cancun (CUN) as it is served by more airlines, and flights may be cheaper.
From Cancun, Cozumel can be accessed by taxi and ferry, or by small private air charter if you want to arrive in real style!
Finally a reminder that for anyone fancying a vacation of this kind earlier in the year, the next Plunge takes place at Hedonism II, Jamaica on March 4-11. See our Fetishistas preview for further details — link beneath the Diversion link below.
