Dominatrix tickets now on sale for November weekend.
Dominatrix tickets for the November 2016 fetish weekend on the outskirts of Amsterdam have just gone on presale at the event’s website, in a pricing structure much simplified over previous years.
Consequently, this article has been updated to reflect changes in running order that we have now been informed of.
Earlybird purchasers can get tickets for the main party on Saturday November 12 for €25. After the earlybird offer period, the regular price will be €35.
Fans of the event will be pleased to learn that for this year’s event, the previously complex sliding scale for Dominatrix tickets, with airline-style incremental price increases and different pricing structure for single males, has been abandoned.
Including the VIP option at €55, there are now just three price levels for the main party tickets, applying equally to couples, single females and single males.
At the same time, more options have been added at the ‘luxury package’ end of the price scale, with the introduction of three Combi Tickets which provide various permutations of party access, accommodation and extras.
Combi Ticket I, price €140, provides access for one person to all the weekend’s events, including VIP access and five drinks tokens for the main party.
Combi Ticket II, at €480, provides the same facilities for two people, plus two nights with breakfast in the event hotel.
Combi Ticket III, costing €1,050, secures two people one of the hotel’s beautiful high-end suites for two nights, plus all-event access and extras as in Combi Ticket II, but with VIP entrance to the main Party and admission to the Meet & Greet for an extra six people.
Being able to include combined party and hotel packages among the Dominatrix tickets on offer probably makes this event unique among European fetish weekends.
Organisers of such events normally expect attendees purchasing party tickets in advance to make their
RUNNING ORDER CHANGES
There have been a couple of significant schedule and venue changes for November’s event.
First, the Fetish Dinner Cabaret — which also features the election of this year’s Miss Fetish Europe and runners-up, plus Best Up and Coming Model — has been moved from its traditional early Saturday evening spot to Friday 11 evening.
Admission to this (as previously stated) is €55 if not included in your chosen Dominatrix tickets package.
Start time for the dinner is 6pm, enabling it to fit in before the 9pm kick-off of the Models Meet & Greet (admission €5 if your package doesn’t include it). This retains its Friday evening spot but moves from the event hotel back to the main party venue, A9 Studios, where it was first held.
The advantage of this change is that the increasingly popular (and noisy) Meet & Greet will not be limited to a 1am finish, as it was when held in the hotel. The downside: more models turning up to Saturday rehearsals with terrible hangovers, one imagines.
And on the same Friday evening, Mistress Manita’s Fetish-BDSM Play Party, added last year for the first time, will once again take place at her usual Showboat venue. Price for this is €30 (singles) or €55 (couples) if not included in your package.
So Friday’s Dominatrix schedule leaps from just one to three events. In addition, the return of another BDSM attraction added last year — a Saturday afternoon of talks, demos and workshops hosted at the main party venue by Kink Info — is being negotiated.
The Fetishistas will publish a full-scale preview of November’s Dominatrix weekend, incorporating reportage from the 2015 event, when more details of this year’s fashion show designers, attending models and awards contenders have been announced.
