Libidex Male Fetish Fashion launch and Grand Summer Sale
The new Libidex Male Fetish Fashion range, release of which began at the end of June, is one of the label’s most extensive collections to date — due eventually to total more than 200 items.
Divided into six sections, the new Male Fetish Fashion collection was photographed over three weeks by the legendary Trevor Watson, using models Petar and Tristan, who featured in the previous male ranges.
The collection has been launched in stages over the past three weeks, and at this point all the tops and shirts in the six sections are available, with all the new trousers to follow soon.
First to appear were garments from two of the six sections tagged Style Man and Dandy Man.
Style Man is, says Libidex, for ‘all men with a discerning taste for things fashionable and stylish’, from trendy tops to smart-looking shirts.
Dandy Man promises to be ‘every fancy boy’s dream come true’. It offers lots of dress-up themed numbers including the label’s revisited cowboy shirts, frilled shirts galore, and other cutting-edge styles designed to make a big impression.
Since added to the first releases, Fit Man features well-cut muscle vests, long-sleeved, sporty tri-toned tops and numbered track hoodies.
Cool Man, meanwhile, takes inspiration from favourite Libidex designers such as Vivienne Westwood and
Action Man offers latex with attitude, mixing classic uniforms with re-imagined old favourites. And that means O-ring bondage shirts, officer shirts and Heartbeat appliqué.
The final section, Party Man, is for ‘clubbers and partygoers hungry for something fresh, with Pentagon shirts, muscle tops and harness shirts designed to stand out from the crowd.
Libidex tells us it’s very proud of its new Male Fetish Fashion collection, which it calls ‘a true labour of love’.
It reveals that creating the range took many months, from initial design team brainstorming sessions through research, designing, sample-making and fitting to the actual photo shoots.
But the label is confident its investment will be rewarded. ‘The new styles will speak for themselves,’ it promises.
‘With expert pattern-cutting, creative use of colour combinations and clever design details, this collection will certainly raise the bar for male latex fetish fashion’.
