FAB MOVE: Fetish Alternative Boutique, the Camden Stables Market retailer of designer fetish clothing, accessories and fetish artwork, is currently in the process of moving to a larger, sole-occupancy unit in the Stables Basement Market.
Friday February 16 was the last trading day for the business at its original shop in Unit 87-E.
It is relocating to Unit 456 in the Basement Market, next to Cyberdog.
The basement is accessible by a large staircase visible on the right when you enter the Stables Market via the main gate (shown above).
With the FAB move now in progress, the new unit is expected to open in early March.
Owner Max Deviant promises to mark it with a launch party as soon it’s up and running.
A clearly excited Max says: “I found another, bigger shop for myself (no more sharing!) where I will also be selling high heeled shoes and boots for men and women, as well as wigs.”
As well as taking over a larger retail space, Max tells us he’s “looking to launch the new website very soon”.
FAB’s full new address will be: Unit 456, The Stables Market, Chalk Farm Road, London NW1 8AH.
In the meantime, check the shop’s Facebook page for further updates on the FAB move.
STOP PRESS: An opening date has been set for the new Fetish Alternative Boutique shop in Camden Stables Market. The store will open next Wednesday, March 21, with a launch party between 6pm and 9pm at Unit 456 in the Basement Market next to Cyberdog. To find it, go down the large staircase, make a sharp left at the bottom and it’s next to the Oi!Oi! skinhead shop. Hope to see you there!
