Prior to the headline party, there’s the usual 5.30pm start for the Dominatrix Dinner-Cabaret featuring the award ceremony for the 2015 titles of Miss Fetish Europe (and runners-up) and Best Up and Coming Fetish Model.
As well as their titles, this year’s winners and Runners-Up in the two contests will receive prizes sponsored by Catriona Stewart, Dawnamatrix, ExxEss Latex, House of Harlot, HW-Design, Inner Sanctum, Kurage, Lackina, Lovely Latex and Pandora Deluxe.
Competing for this year’s Miss Fetish Europe prize and two runners-up titles are Dani Divine (UK), Dutch Dame (Netherlands), Honeyhair (Czech Republic), Kataxenna Kova (UK), Lara Aimée (Netherlands), Morrigan Hel (UK), Starfucked (Sweden) and Threnody in Velvet (UK).
Meanwhile the Best Up and Coming Fetish Model award has launched this year with 27 contestants from Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and UK.
The ten models from this latter group who get the most public votes will be entered into the finals judged by the awards jury.
The awards dinner will also feature a cabaret show presented in association with Boudoir Noir. Host of this event, as well as the main party, will again be Berlin-based, Manchester-bred performer Jack Woodhead, who impressed in March when he took over the role vacated by Nina de Lianin.
Performers in the show, called Garden of Temptation, will include show curator Xarah Von den Vielenregen, Japanese bondage artist Hibiki and cabaret artist Apple.
How much do Dominatrix November 2015 tickets cost? To find out, you must first enter some basic personal details in order to continue to the first of two pricing pages.
Regulars will quickly see that there have been a number of changes both to the options on offer and their costs.
This represents a decent saving as long as you want to attend all the events, would have bought a VIP ticket for the main party and will be using the shuttle bus services rather than your own wheels.
If you just want a standard Saturday night party ticket, the cheapest at time of publication costs €39 per person for couples and single females or €44 for single males. VIP party tickets which also give access to the VIP balcony/bar and bottle service currently cost €54. (But note that it appears these tickets no longer give free access to Friday’s Meet and Greet.)
Tickets for the dinner/cabaret and awards are available separately, and only in advance, at a cost this year of €55, while the new BDSM events cost €30 for the play party and €15 for the workshops.
Coming from outside the area (or country) and want to stay locally? The Van der Valk Hotel Akersloot is the place where everyone stays. Even those not sleeping there use it as a base to hook up with friends, have dinner and maybe attend the odd private room-party.
The Van der Valk hosts the party that kicks off the whole weekend: the Meet and Greet, held in an upper floor event room.
The hotel is also the base from which shuttle buses will run on Friday night/Saturday morning to and from the Showboat Play Party, and on Saturday night/Sunday morning to and from A9 Studios.
And the hotel might even (albeit unwittingly) be the location for the legendary Area 51 after-party — but we daren’t say any more about that!
Van der Valk rooms always sell out for this event. You must book rooms for Dominatrix November 2015 directly with the hotel — but do it via the links on the hotel page of the Dominatrix website to get both a room discount and a later checkout using the special booking code.
