GFB February news: Cherry Latex & Tysk shows plus river cruise
In GFB February News – our second update article on the evolving programme for this year’s German Fetish Ball Weekend – we find Italy’s Cherry Latex and Germany’s Tysk Berlin joining the line-up for the Ball fashion show, and the GFB River Cruise making a welcome reappearance in this year’s daytime schedule. Our GFB February News starts with two further designers being added to the German Fetish Ball’s fashion shows, and the welcome return of the GFB Fetish Cruise!
Joining the catwalk show at Spindler & Klatt on Saturday May 20 will be Italian clothing label Cherry Latex and men’s leather brand Tysk Berlin — bringing to six the number of designers now signed up.
Cherry Latex was founded by designer Eugenia Syn, a tailoring graduate who worked in a fashion atelier for a few years before starting to experiment with latex clothing — a hobby that has now turned into a fulltime business.
Tysk Berlin is Tim Szykam’s leather clothing label based in Berlin’s Bavarian Quarter. Tim specialises in tailor-made leather fetish outfits and offers a repair and alteration service for your existing leather garments.
These two designers join Jaded Jewall, Blacklickorish Latex, Dan Miga Designs and Tarza & Jane in a fashion show line-up that is likely to grow more, given there are still three months to go before the event!

Meanwhile, as we predicted in January, the popular GFB Fetish Cruise will make its reappearance this year on Thursday May 18. This year’s cruise on the Spree will be of shorter duration — just one hour from 16:00 to 17:00, leaving more time before Matrix opens its doors for SonicBoom at 21:00.
